For Europe-wide work assignments, we are looking for:
Quality Engineer (m/f)
Your tasks:
- Management of and participation in internal and external quality and manufacturing projects
- Optimization of innovative manufacturing processes and products of the automotive industry
- Analysis of problems in product-, manufacturing- and assembly processes through systematic solution techniques and / or statistical methods and evaluation of possible influencing factors
- Management of all necessary troubleshooting actions with internal and external partners and pursuit of timely implementation
- Implementation of process audits and process approvel at subcontractors and initiation of sampling according to customer specifications
- Quality optimization and monitoring as well as implementation of common quality methods and processes
- Processing of customer and supplier complaints during the development stage and support in the implementation of new processes
- Prepare project documentation
- Assumption of project-organization and -administration
- Planning and holding of training and workshops
Requirements:
- Successfully completed technical college- or university-degree or a similar technical training / degree as a technician
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position with a focus on large-scale, mass-production and / or product launches, ideally in the automotive industry (IATF 16949:2016)
- Well-founded work experience in quality management
- Knowledge of different quality methods, for example 8D-Report
- Problem-solving technique, FMEA and VDA 6.3
- structured working method
- High level of communication skills and assertiveness as well as analytically and conceptionally ability to thinkHigh flexibility and willingness to travel for several weeks for nationwide customer project
